FOUR SEASON is a private sea view villa near Heraklion , a perfect spot to explore the island and an ideal place to spend a carefree holiday with your family or friends.

The FOUR SEASON VILLA is built on a plot overlooking the Cretan sea and landscape with its olive groves, herbs and mountains. It spreads over two floors and it can host up to 12 guests, who may also use the private gym fitted out on the lower floor of the villa.

GROUND FLOOR :

On this floor there is a comfortable dinig and living area with HD Smart TV , shaded veranda , a fully equipped kitchen feauturing the pool and the sea. There are also 2 bedrooms

"BEIGE" room : twin with Sea- View and direct access to the pool and terrace.
"BLUE & GREY" room : king size double ( can be converted to a twin ), where 2 baby cots can be added ( upon request) , with garden view.

Above two rooms on the ground floor, share a modern bathroom with shower.

FIRST FLOOR:

On this floor there are 4 bedrooms :

"GREEN" room: queen size double, with private full Sea View balcony and private bathroom with shower.
"BLUE" room : queen size double, with private Garden View balcony and private bathromm with shower.
"RED" room:twin bedroom with an attic and direct access to a spacious Sea & Garden View veranda(shaded by choice) and private bathroom with shower.
"AZURE" room: queen size double , with direct access to the veranda above and private bathroom with bath and double sink. A baby cot can be added (upon request)

On this floor also there is a fully eqiupped laundry room .

OUTDOOR AREA :

The outdoor area of the villa offers a large infinity pool viewing the sea, specious terraces with sunbeds, parasol, trees’ shadings and fine furniture. You will also find a basketball hoop and 5 seats parking space. The villa is gated all around offering privacy and security for relaxing days and nights with your company.
