The villa "Bella Mare" is a beautiful 5-bedroom stone mansion with an area of 358 sqm, arranged over three levels and equipped with the highest luxury amenities. It also constitutes a true private retreat, surrounded by elegant walls reminiscent of the ancient walls of the city of Heraklion. Within the walls and around the house, there are wonderful garden paths, reminiscent of ancient gardens and creating a calming and welcoming environment for guests.

On the ground floor of the villa, in addition to the entrance, you will find 3 of the 5 bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a shower cabin and a double sink. On the first floor of the villa, there is a beautifully decorated living room with a fireplace and access to a balcony with a sea view. On this floor, there is also the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, the 4th bedroom with a partial sea view, and finally a bathroom with a sink and a toilet. Finally, on the second floor of the villa, you will come across the main bedroom with a panoramic sea view, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a double sink, as well as the walk-in closet.
